Single-action press and progressive press! Bandai's presses focus on affordability and quality!

Single Press Edition! Introduction of a sheet metal processing company that performs single press processing for the "Hometown Processing Network."

Recently, we have seen an increase in requests for press processing. Could it be due to the impact of the weak yen leading to a return to domestic production? With that said, this time I would like to introduce a press processing company that BanDai takes pride in. Press processing can be broadly divided into single-stroke presses and progressive presses. At our company, we can confidently provide both types of requests with "affordability and quality." First, in the case of single-stroke presses, the most sought-after aspect is "affordability." Customers pursue lower product costs, even if it means incurring high initial costs for molds. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. Tough sheet 25, thin packing, progressive die press

Tough sheets can be processed using both progressive and conventional presses. Since it is difficult to cut thin gaskets in one go, they are processed with a two-step cut using a progressive press.

Tough Sheet 25 is an extruded EPDM sponge manufactured by Okayasu Rubber Co., Ltd. It is thin and lightweight, and due to its double-sided coating, it serves effectively as a packing material. For narrow or fine shapes that cannot be formed in a single extraction, a progressive press method is employed, using a carrier sheet to extract in two stages from outside to inside.
